What is your cancellation policy?
Petite Paws cancellation policy is 24 hours.
Cancel outside of 24 hours – You will be asked if you are able to move your booking to another day but if this is not convenient or possible, no charge will apply.
Cancel within 24 hours – Full charge applies
What happens in extreme weather?
Dogs will be walked in all weathers, unless it is dangerous to do so. On rainy days, dogs will be towel dried when brought home. If your dog has a coat for cold or rainy weather then we ask that this is left out for us to use.
If the weather gets to hot and it is dangerous to go out for a walk, a home visit can be carried out instead. This will ensure that the dog can have some company and be let out to the toilet. We can also play games and do some enrichment activities. This is the same for when the dog is not able to go out for a walk due to injury or illness.
Do I need to provide any equipment?
I provide treats and poo bags for all walks. If your dog has a special diet or has any allergies, please make sure that this is made clear when filling out the client information forms. Please ensure that your dog has a collar with up to date ID tag. If your dog has a harness, please make sure that this is left out, along with their lead. I may use a different lead when out on walks depending on the dog and where we go.
